Summer and holiday rates  (May 1-Nov 1)

  • ​$170 for 2 adults per night for first two nights; $155 thereafter.

  • $30 for each additional person/night.

  • State sales tax and city room tax not included.

Winter rates  (Nov 1-May 1)

  • $160 for 2 adults per night for first two nights;  $140 thereafter.

  • $25 for each additional person/night.

  • State sales tax and city room tax not included.

​Policies​

  • Check in 3:00 PM (flexible).

  • Check out 11:00 AM (flexible).

  • Weekly and monthly discounts available.

  • Non-smoking environment.

  • Children are welcome.

  • No pets.

  • Reservations required.

  • Minnimun stay 2 nights; one night stay will be considered.

  • Extra charge for larger gatherings or parties.

  • One child under 12 years old free.

  • A one day deposit is required.

  • Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel within 72 hours of confirming your reservation with your deposit. If you cancel after this, we will retain your deposit if we are unable to re-book the schoolhouse.

  • Rental includes the entire schoolhouse.

  • Large living room.

  • Fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

  • 2 Bathrooms.

  • 2 Bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with 2 twin beds.

  • Sitting Room.

  • 2 Queen-sleeper sofas.

  • Will accomodate 8 adults.

  • Futon and crib for children.

  • Laundry facilities.

  • Air conditioning.

  • Internet (ROKU) TV/DVD/Stereo.

  • Free high-speed wireless internet.

  • Picnic table and grill in the garden (summer).
